Liaison uses AI to answer your questions and do the work you ask for. To do that, it may send the information each request needs to AI providers. We ask for your permission before this happens.

What we may share

What you type or say to Liaison, and the information from your connected apps, files, and meetings that is needed to answer you.

Who we may share it with

AI providers, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Venice AI, and ElevenLabs, to answer your questions, write drafts, turn speech into text, read answers aloud, and create images, video, and audio.
Recall.ai, which runs the Liaison Notetaker in meetings you send it to.
Amazon Web Services, which hosts Liaison.

Some requests may be handled by AI models on Liaison's own servers instead.

Why

Only to do what you ask. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choice

You can withdraw your permission at any time. In the app, go to Settings › Account › Data sharing › Withdraw. This disconnects all your connected apps, stops your scheduled work and signs you out. Your data stays until you delete your account.

You can also withdraw by deleting your account in Settings or by emailing support@useliaison.com. Liaison needs these providers to work, so withdrawing ends your use of Liaison.
