What it does
- Bills: reads them from the bills inbox, PDFs and phone photos; pulls vendor, amount, due date and lines; removes duplicates; codes each to the right account, class and job; and enters it.
- Paying bills: checks the cash position first and stages the payment run for you to confirm. Entering a bill and paying it are two separate decisions.
- Reconciliation: matches every payment processor’s payouts to the deposits in the books, net to net, and flags what does not match.
- Month-end: flags suspected duplicates and missing receipts, cross-checks payroll totals, writes the reconciliation notes and the profit-and-loss narrative.
- Collections: one reminder per customer, in your voice, gentle for good payers and firmer for repeat late ones.
- Cash forecast: 30, 60 and 90 days, from how each customer actually pays.
