About

You, in digital form, working your business 24/7.

Liaison is applied AI that works: you, in digital form, working your business 24/7. It connects to the tools a business already runs on and works inside them around the clock.

What Liaison is

Liaison is you, in digital form, working your business 24/7. It connects to the tools you already run on, your inbox, calendar, CRM, books and messaging, reads them as one memory of your business, and works inside them around the clock. It drafts the reply to the customer who wrote at 9 PM, fills the gap in Thursday's schedule, chases the invoice nobody had time for, and flags the subscription that paused while nobody was looking. In the morning you get a brief: what it did, what it found, and what needs your decision.

The AI most people have tried waits to be asked. You type a question, it types an answer, and the work is still yours. It does not know your customers and it does not know a job ran long on Thursday. Liaison does not wait. It knows the business because it is connected to the business, and it does the work in your own accounts, in your own voice, learned from the emails you have already sent.

Who it is for

Owners and operators of businesses that run on software. That is a founder with four tools and it is a company with ten management roles and a data warehouse. Liaison is not a vertical product. It is in use in home services, field sales, professional services, real estate, ecommerce and member networks, and none of those is what it was built for. It was built for the owner's job, which is every function at once.

What people call it

People search for this under a lot of names: AI assistant for business owners, AI employee, AI chief of staff, AI executive assistant, AI COO, AI agent for small business, agentic AI, AI operations platform, business process automation, workflow automation, AI for QuickBooks and your CRM, a digital twin of the owner. Liaison does the job each of those names describes. What it is in fact is you, in digital form: the AI that works your inbox, your calendar, your CRM and your books 24/7, in your voice, and hands you the brief in the morning.

Where it lives

Wherever you are. Liaison is a number in your phone: text it, WhatsApp it or Telegram it who paid today, what is on Thursday, whether the deposit landed, and it answers in the same thread from your own records. It is a name in Slack. It works inside the Gmail or Outlook inbox you already read, with the reply to last night's email drafted and waiting. It is an app on your phone and your desktop. It can sit in on your meetings and take the notes. Every one of those is the same Liaison with the same memory.

What it connects to

Gmail and Outlook, Google and Outlook calendars, QuickBooks, Stripe, your CRM, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Drive, Docs, Notion, and the systems specific to how you run, whether that is field service, sales, accounting or a member platform. Direct connections are built by us. Anything with a login it can operate the way a person does, in its own secured browser. When a stack calls for it, we plug in middleware. There is no fixed catalog and no tool it cannot reach.

How it works

You connect a tool with its normal sign-in and Liaison reads the history overnight. From then on it works the inbox, the calendar and the books all day and all night. Every night it goes through what came in, what went out and who still owes you. By morning the overdue list is sorted by age and the follow-ups it wants to send are drafted in your voice.

At first it asks about everything: every draft, every reminder and every reschedule sits in Actions until you approve it. Once you have approved the same kind of thing enough times, you can let it run that on its own, and it files a receipt each time. Anything that moves money still asks. You set the line, and you can move it back at any time.

Ask it anything you would normally dig through three apps to find. Can we make payroll Friday. Which customer went quiet. Every answer traces back to the transaction or the record behind it.

How it is different from a task assistant

A task assistant reads a surface somebody else built, your phone, your inbox, a browser window, and runs the errand you send it. It does not know your business, because it has never read your business. Liaison is the digital version of you inside your business. It holds your customers, your books, your schedule and your inbox in one memory, it writes the way you write, and it works on your own accounts all night rather than one errand at a time. It is also not a dashboard and not another tool in the stack. It sits on top of the tools you already pay for and makes them work together.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Each customer's data is isolated with row-level security, and connection credentials are held in envelope-encrypted vaults. Inside a company, each person sees the company's shared business data and their own connected tools; one person's inbox or messages are never visible to another seat. A SOC 2 audit is in progress. Liaison never sells your data.

The company

Liaison was founded and is led by Cade Cunningham. He spent thirteen years in finance, in investment banking and capital advisory, started a consumer auto-loan company in 2016, and built Liaison to run his own businesses before anyone else's. Liaison Intelligence, LLC is a United States company. Operators run their day on the product, self-serve signup is live, and multi-year enterprise agreements are signed.
