About Liaison

Liaison is an AI infrastructure and data company. Our platform connects to the systems a business already runs on, builds a unified view of its operations, and deploys agents that act on that context the way the owner would, bringing forward only the decisions that require a person. Our work spans agent engineering, model training outputs for small language models (SLMs), and frontier-level research, and we build our agent runtime and integrations in-house.

What month 12 looks like

You own the funnel from ad click to a held working session, with cost per session at or under our target. Outbound, enrichment and lead scoring run without anyone doing them by hand, and every lead can be traced from its source to a paying customer.

What you will do

• Build outbound and enrichment automations that find the right accounts and the people who decide
• Keep data in sync across our CRM, prospecting tool and email, so every record is accurate and every touch is logged
• Build and tune lead scoring so the team works the right leads first
• Build attribution from ad click to booked call to held session to paying customer
• Help onboard new customers: connect their tools and get them live
• Report what is working in the funnel and what is not, with numbers

Required

• Has built automations against a CRM API (HubSpot or similar)
• Writes production code or scripts, not only no-code tools
• Has worked at an early-stage company
• Two to five years of relevant experience

Preferred

• Has built AI agent or LLM workflows
• Has run paid-ads attribution
• Has done enrichment with Clay or Apollo

Interview process

A 20-minute screening call, a paid work sample, then a final conversation with our CEO.
